Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned resolution No.11 in Agenda 217(11) dated 01.03.2013 at the 217th Meeting of the passed by the government council of Respondent University and quash the same with a consequential direction to the respondent University directing the respondent University to constitute an Inspection Commission to inspect the petitioner college and to submit the report to the respondent University, enabling to grant of continuance of Provisional Affiliation (CPA) for the academic year 2013-14 by considering the request of the petitioner college vie their letter dt.13.02.2013 duly received by the respondent within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

On 16.08.2017, when the matter was listed, it was represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that she has already given change of Vakalat.
