O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The Culvert is sought to be repaired across Sitheri Tank Surplus Channel and the petitioner feels that it is wastage of public money, as there is no agricultural use and the benefit is only for respondent Nos.3 and 4.

2. Such works fall purely within the administrative domain of the respondent authorities.

3. The petitioner cannot turn himself as an Appellate Authority for the said purpose, merely because he is the President of the Association.

4. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2013 is closed.
