This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 108 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.4250/- in S.A.SR.No.43406 of 2023.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered subject to following condition:

"the petitioners/appellants are directed to pay a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the credit of "Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court of Madras", on or before 08.08.2023".

3. Post the matter on 14.08.2023 for reporting compliance.
