This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed on 04.10.2021 under Order 22 Rule 4 of Code of Civil Procedure praying to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased first respondent on file.

2.The first petitioner / first appellant namely Mr.Muthusamy, filed an affidavit in support of this Civil Miscellaneous Petition stating that the first respondent Pichai Pillai died on 24.06.2017 leaving behind him the respondents 2 to 4 herein as his legal representatives. Further, the second respondent has already been arrayed as second respondent in the Second Appeal.

3.The reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit is satisfied. Hence, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition.
