(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 61 days in filing the above writ appeal.
2. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners.
3. Ms.N.Kavitha Rameshwar, learned counsel accepts notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Neelakandan, learned Additional Advocate General accepts notice for the second respondent and they have no serious objection in allowing the petition.
4. Though notice has been served on the third respondent and the name and address has been shown in the cause list, none present before this Court on behalf of the third respondent.
5. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
6. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
