3 MARIAMMAL Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue an order or direction or Writ in the nature of WRIT OF CERTIORARI to Call for the records in connection with impugned proceedings in Ka.No.Se.Po/EPa/Tho Nu Vu.2/Ko. complaint/No.120/2021 dated 06.09.2021 issued by the 2nd respondent and quash the same (In WP.NO.22030/2021) Order : This petition coming on this day for hearing upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.THIRUVENGADAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.

JAI VENKATESH, STANDING COUNSEL for the 1st and 2nd Respondents, the court made the following order:- Today, the matter was listed under the caption "for being mentioned" on the complaint made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that in spite of the interim stay granted by this Court, the service connection was disconnected. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf for the 1st and 2nd respondents submitted that the service connection has been restored today morning and this fact was also confirmed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.In view of the above development, the petitioner shall be permitted to use the service connection, until further orders are passed by this Court.
