2. Heard Mr.A.Dilliraj, learned counsel on record for applicants and perused the case file.

3. The learned counsel for applicants submits that it is an admitted case of applicants that the petition mentioned securities was owned by late Mrs.Sohan Devi Betala, who is mother of the applicants and hence, the applicants have filed this application to amend O.P.No.350 of 2024 as follows:

(a) In Page No.4 of paragraph No.14 of last line of the petition, Rs.78,00,000/- should be altered as Rs.84,00,000/-; (b) In page No.6 of the petition, add the following to schedule of Page Nos.1/3

securities table.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, this application is allowed.

5. The petitioner is directed to make necessary and consequential amendments in the original petition.
