Respondent Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to set aside the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.15 of 2017 dated 05.04.2017 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Act at Coimbatore, and relax the condition imposed "the petitioner shall report before the Learned Special Court for TNPID Act at Coimbatore on 1st working day of every month for until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.2618 of 2016 dated 30.09.2016 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Act at Coimbatore.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking for the relaxation of the condition imposed by the Court below while granting bail to the petitioner. Initially the condition was imposed on the petitioner to appear daily before the Court below until further orders. After sometime, it was modified to the effect that the petitioner should appear before the Court on the first working day of every month.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions and the case is now at the stage of trial.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the Court below on every hearing date without fail.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
