The petitioners, who were arrested on 16.09.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 506(ii) I.P.C. And Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.1125 of 2016, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2. Learned Additional submitted that the petitioners along with other accused have pelted stones on the I.O.C. Office and caused damage to the articles to the tune of Rs.one lakh.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are in custody from 16.09.2016 and they are ready to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, without prejudice to their contentions.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioners are in custody from 16.09.2016 and that they are ready to deposit the amount of Rs.1,00,000/-, this Court is constrained to release the petitioners on bail.

5. Accordingly, it is ordered that the petitioners shall be released on bail, on condition that they deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) to the credit of Crime No.1125 of 2016 before the trial Court and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, and on further condition that petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 30.09.2016 vrc
