Adverting to the affidavit filed in support of captioned WMP more particularly paragraph 11 thereat, learned counsel submits that the impugned order was served on the writ petitioner only through electronic mail. However, a hard copy/print out has been placed before this Court. This reason is good enough to accede to the dispense with prayer.

3. Captioned WMP is ordered as prayed for.
