ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks for a direction to the learned Principal District Munsif, Alandur to dispose of O.S.No.917 of 2010 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Having regard to the limited prayer made in this revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the same, even without issuing notice to the respondent.

3. The respondent herein filed a suit for declaration and injunction.

4. On perusal of the E-Court entry in the typed set of papers filed by the petitioner, it is seen that the suit has been pending from November, 2014 onwards for recording evidence, without any substantial progress. Therefore, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.917 of 2010, within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
