When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that investigation in this case has already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C No.186 of 2022. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
