Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) states that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.716 of 2022. If the petitioner cooperates with the investigation, it is stated that there may not be any necessity to take him to custody.

2. Recording the same, the criminal original petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner herein to appear before the respondent-police on receipt of summons and cooperate with the investigation.
