The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 379 & 430 IPC, in Crime No.590 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Thus, he seeks grant of anticipatory bail for the petitioner. 3.In response, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) opposed this petition and submitted that petitioner is the owner of the Tractor bearing registration No.TN 20 K 4943. Petitioner with the help of the other accused had, on 22.12.2018, at about 16.15 hours, illegally transported one unit of river sand from the Arni river bank. sli 4.Considering the fact that petitioner is the one who is mainly responsible for the illegal theft and transport of river sand and that the river sand stolen is one unit and that investigation in this case is not completed, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
