ORDER

The petitioner, who has applied through post for No Objection Certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA, is before this Court seeking direction.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that the representation of the petitioner is bereft of documents, which requires for scrutiny to grant permission for SPA. If the petitioner furnish all the required documents, same will be considered as per the guidelines issued by the Commissioner of Police. 3.

Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
