Captioned WMP has been filed under Rule 15 of 'Madras High Court Writ Rules, 2021' [hereinafter 'Writ Rules 2021' for the sake of convenience and brevity] with a prayer to file a single writ petition.

Adverting to support affidavit, Mr. S. Kamadevan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioners, submits that the issue raised by the writ petitioners is one and the same and the writ petitioners have a common interest and hence, the present WMP. 4.
