O R D E R

Mr.S.Prabhakaran, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since this Court is not inclined to pass any adverse order as against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent is dispensed with. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 not to permit the third respondent Kiruba Nursery and Primary School from admitting students for the academic year 2025-2026 without statuary permission and approval from the competent authorities to run it consequent to the order of this Court passed in W.P.No. 9292 of 2019 dated 28.06.2022.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the third respondent without having necessary permission is 2/4

admitting the students and in this connection he has sent representation on 06.05.2025 to the respondents 1 and 2. It is the further submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that inspite of sending the representation, still the third respondent is admitting the students. Hence, prayed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider his representation.

4.At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate would invite the attention of this Court that in pursuance to the above representation, the second respondent has already directed the third respondent to not to admit the students and in evidence thereof, the learned Government Advocate submitted copy of the letter dated 03.06.2025.

5.Hence, it is obvious that the petitioner's representation has already been considered and necessary direction had been issued. Therefore, the present writ petition become infructuous. Therefore, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
