This Court has already passed an order dated 20.04.2018 in CRP PD Nos.513 & 12 of 2012 directing the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.31 of 2007 within four months.

2. The learned District Munsif - cum - Judicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur, in her letter dated 12.06.2019 vide D.No.991 of 2019 prayed for further extension of time to dispose of the suit.

3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate, Uthiramerur and therefore, three months time is granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.31 of 2007.
