The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 147, 148, 420, 120(b), 34, 427, 461, 471 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that after investigation, charge sheet has been filed in this matter and hence, he opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the trial Court in accordance with law.
