This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 05.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.7591 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.

No.3648 of 2023 in which the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) each as cost to the "Taluk Legal Service Authority, attached to the concerned Court".

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that "the petitioners are directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three thousand only) each as cost to the " District Legal Service Authority".
