[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Additional District Judge, Kancheepuram on the first working day of every month, until further orders passed in the order dated 19.02.2024 in Crl.MP.No.2110 of 2024 in Crl.M.P.No.10734 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.530 of 2022.

Mr.R.Nalliyappan, the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition and also made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 3.

Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
