ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, issue direction directing the fifth respondent to correlate the Old Survey No.624/3B2 along with Old S.F.No.569/Part to T.S.No.53 for the property situated at Block4, Ward -C, Komarapalayam Taluk, Namakkal District in TSLR by considering the petitioner representation dated 27.08.2018. 2.

Heard Mr.R.Marudhachalamurthy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.V.Jeevagiridharan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.

On the application filed by the petitioner, dated 27.08.2018, the second respondent passed an order and complied with the request made by the petitioner.

However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the extent of the property is not correlated as requested by the petitioner. However, the request made by the petitioner was concerned and passed order on 19.09.2019 itself. 5.

If there is any grievance over the order passed by the second respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
