[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] The petitioner, challenging the initiation of action under section 205 of the Panchayats Act, came forward to file the present writ petition and it was admitted on 06.11.2003 and the petitioner is having the benefit of interim orders. It is brought to the knowledge of this Court that the term of the office of the petitioner got expired and the Local Body election is yet to be held. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, the same is closed.
