The petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in the order dated 06.03.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No. 2971 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No. 27727 of 2022.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
