The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the first respondent to release the registered sale certificate dated 20.11.2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that the sale certificate was registered as Doc.No.1541 of 2021 dated 15.02.2021 on the file of Sub-Registrar, Dharapuram and the same has been released by the first respondent.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication and the same has become infructuous.
