ORDER
(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.P.Thiagarajan, learned counsel for the petitioner; and, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5.
2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that, within two weeks the survey would be conducted of the subject writ land and depending upon the report of the survey, further steps would be undertaken.
3. In view of the said statement, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition. The writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.23858 of 2020 is closed.
