These petitions have been filed (i) to bring on record the respondents 2 to 5 herein, who are the legal representatives of the deceased Sole Respondent in the above Second Appeal as the respondents 2 to 5 in the Second Appeal, (ii) to declare the Sole Petitioner as major in the above Second Appeal and (iii) To discharge the guardian of the Sole Petitioner in the above Second Appeal.

2. There is no representation on the side of the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered.

3. Post the matter on 13.12.2023.
