Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body and person of the petitioner's child Prithisha (aged about 11/2 years) before this Court from the illegal custody of 3rd respondent and hand over to the petitioner to secure the ends of justice.

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's minor daughter viz. Prithisha before this Court from the illegal custody of the third respondent and hand over the custody to her.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, the third respondent handed over the child to the petitioner on 14.01.2021, pursuant to which, the petitioner gave a letter to the Police, withdrawing the complaint in C.S.R.No.635 of 2020.

4. In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
