Ms.V.Sudha, learned Central Government Standing Counsel accepts notice for the respondents and is armed wth instructions to enable a final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission.

2. This is, perhaps for the reason that the prayer itself is limited to a mandamus for consideration of representation dated 21.05.2024, wherein the petitioner seeks renewal of licence to run a multi-purpose stall at Shop No.M/C.79/MPS/MASS/Concourse platform beyond the period of 14.11.2024 on usual terms and conditions.

3. Ms.Sudha would accede to the receipt of representation and the pendency of the same.

4. Hence, and in light of acceding to the pendency of the representation, mandamus is issued to R3, being Divisional Railway Manager, to hear the petitioner and pass orders on representation dated 21.05.2024, in accordance with law and all extant Rules and Regulations, within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Writ Petition is disposed as above. No costs. Pg.No.2/4
