The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 50 days in filing the criminal appeal against the order passed by the Principal Special Court under EF and NDPS Act, Chennai, in C.C.No.21 of 2020 dated 21.03.2024.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.G.V.Kasthuri, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
