ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to give promotion as a Headmaster of Elementary School in Sirkazhi Union with all consequential monetary benefits to the petitioner with effect from 31.05.2017 on par with the petitioner's junior A.Selvaraj.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
