O R D E R

(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The petitioner was apprehensive of a TASMAC shop being opened in the premises of the 4th respondent. The 4th respondent in his affidavit has stated that he is a Councillor from the 8th ward and there was no proposal even to open a TASMAC in his premises, and thus, the writ petition is based on mere apprehension.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner admits that there has been no TASMAC shop opened for the last three years, after the petition was filed.

3. The petition having been filed only on apprehensions is accordingly closed, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
