Heard Mr.P.Srinivasan, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.Arunmozhi, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records of the respondents ending with the demand notice of the fourth respondent, Zone - 03, Ward No.031, Bill No.00724 and Sub-No.000, dated 12.12.2012 and the consequential affixture of tax arrears banner notice dated nil, to quash the same and to direct the respondents to remove the said banner and assess the building of the petitioner to property tax in fair, proper.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the respondent/Corporation submit that the entire demand has been paid by the petitioner. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
