(Order of the court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) These petitions are filed by the petitioner / respondent / assessee for early hearing of the appeals in TCA.Nos.267, 268 and 269 of 2018. 2.Heard both sides and perused the affidavits filed in support of these petitions.

3.Considering the reasons stated in the petitions, more particularly, that the Board of the petitioner company intended to wind up the company, for which, all the pending litigations have to be closed, this court is inclined to fix an early date for hearing the appeals, on 27.09.2022. All these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered accordingly.
