The writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to extend the time for the Arbitration Tribunal constituted by this Hon'ble Tribunal by a common order dated 20.06.2023 in W.P.no.11465 and 4420 of 2023 by six months from 21.04.2025.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.
