ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to issue patta to the petitioners written representation dated 1/4
08.08.2022 with in a stipulated period.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioners father is a freedom fighter and hence, the Government issued free land to her father in S.No.647/1 and he cultivate the land and during the year 1972, he died. After his death, the petitioner made a representation before the first respondent for issuance of patta in respect of the subject land and the first respondent issued a direction to get legal heir certificate and thereby, the pet obtained legal heir certificate as per direction of this Court in W.P.no.23167 of 2018, vide order dated 17.12.2019. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation on 08.08.2022 before the first respondent for issuance of patta. Since the same was not considered by the respondents so far and hence, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking an appropriate remedy.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate order within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request made by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.08.2022 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
