ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the request of the petitioner has been considered and an order has been passed by the second respondent granting approval to the petitioner to start the classes from LKG to V standard, vide proceedings No.Mu.Mu.731/A4/2014 dated 19.02.2014.
