Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to conduct the final examination and issue the degree certificate to the petitioner in respect of dental hygienist course on getting approval from the second respondent within the time frame fixed by the Court.

Heard Mr.M.Thiyagarajan, learned Counsel for the petitioner , Dr.S.Seethalakshmi, learned Counsel appearing for first respondent, and Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned counsel appearing for second respondent. With the consent of either https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal. 2.The petitioner seeks for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to conduct the final examination and issue the degree certificate to the petitioner in respect of dental hygienist course on getting approval from the second respondent within the time fixed by the Court. 3.Learned counsel would submit that prayer in the writ petition has now become infructuous. But, however requested a direction may be issued to the respondents to issue the original certificate to the petitioner.
4.Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a representation to the third respondent/College and upon receipt of the same, the 3rd respondent/college shall consider the said representation in accordance with law.
