ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time to comply the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.11996 of 2020 by an order dated 18.11.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was directed to deposit the title deeds of immovable property worth about Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime.No.835 of 2016. Therefore, the petitioner is taking steps to deposit the title deed. Hence, he seeks extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready. Failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
