Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., 1st Working day of every month at 10.30am until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in CRL.MP.NO.4767/2021 in CRL.MP.NO.7575/2020 in CRL.OP.NO.13789/2020 dated 20.04.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S E.KANNADASAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 20.04.2021 in Crl.MP.No.4767 of 2021 in Crl.MP.No7575 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.13789 of 2020, this Court has already modified the conditions imposed on the petitioners. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking further relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioners are not complying with the conditions.

3. In view of the above submission, considering that the petitioners are not complying with the conditions, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could not be acceded to. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
