This is the second bail petition filed by the petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.06.2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 376 and 506(I) of IPC, in crime No. 23 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police.

2.The case of the prosecution is that, the victim girl is a mentally disordered person. It is alleged that the petitioner took the victim girl to his house and had shown obscene videos to her on his mobile phone and had also committed penetrative sexual assault on her. Hence, the complaint was lodged by the brother of the victim girl.

3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.16071 of 2022, on 12.07.2022, considering the fact that the petitioner had committed very serious and heinous offence as against the victim girl.

4. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, and that there is no change in circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
