This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police " not to harass this petitioner" in connection with the complaint of the complainant - Mr.Mannar dated 21.08.2017, on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that it is a case of job racketing and several complaints have been received by the respondent police.
