ORDER

This civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of O.S.No.577 of 2021 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge at Tiruppur.

2. When the matter came up for admission, I called for the report from the learned Trial Judge to indicate as to how long he would take for disposal of the suit.

3. In compliance of that order, the learned Judge has sent a letter stating that the suit is at the stage of trial and it is listed for hearing today, i.e., on 15.10.2024. She has assured that the suit shall be disposed of within a period of three months.

4. Taking into consideration the report filed by the learned II Additional District Judge, Tiruppur, there shall be a direction to dispose of O.S.No.577 of 2021 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
