Challenging the impugned refusal check slip dated 23.06.2022 issued by the 5th respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. 2/4

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that NOC has already been issued and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
