This petition has been filed for modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15108 of 2024 dated 01.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15108 of 2024, dated 01.07.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates, without fail.
