ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.09.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 341, 352, 397 and 392 of IPC, in Crime No.875 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had abused the defacto complainant and robbed a gold chain from the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that the petitioner has been in jail from 16.09.2021. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner and co-accused bail application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18952 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that there is one previous case pending against the petitioner and he has involved in very serious offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. -sd/- 08/10/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
