O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry based on the complaint made by the 3rd respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioners are accused in Cr.No.31/2021 for the offences under Section 498(A), 294(b), 323 of IPC and 4 of DP Act. He would submit that the petitioners have obtained anticipatory bail. The respondent police have not harassed the petitioners and investigation is completed and final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate - II, Panrutti on 27.12.2021.

3. Under such circumstances, when investigation has been completed and final report is filed the respondent shall not harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
