Prayer in W.P.No.22128 of 2021 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to approve the petitioner's appointment as Assistant Professor in Tamil in the 3rd respondent College in the sanctioned vacancy caused by the Retirement of Mr.Samuel Dhason with effect from 07.09.1998 to 18.06.2000 in the light of the approval given by the 1st respondent to similarly placed person vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.14889/F2/2013 dated 17.03.2018 in W.P.No.8441 of 2013 dated 11.08.2017 with monetary and all other attendant and service benefits based on the representation of the petitioner dated 25.11.2020.
Prayer in W.P.No.22131 of 2021 : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to approve the petitioner's appointment as Assistant Professor in Tamil in the 3rd respondent College in the sanctioned vacancy caused by the Retirement of Mr.R.Thiagaswamy with effect from 01.07.1992 to 29.10.1999 in the light of the approval given by the 1st respondent to similarly placed person vide proceedings Na.Ka.No.14889/F2/2013 dated 17.03.2018 in W.P.No.8441 of 2013 dated 11.08.2017 with monetary and all other attendant and service benefits based on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.08.2021.
