Alleging that the order of this Court dated 20.11.2018, made in W.P.No.30526 of 2018 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.This Court, by the aforesaid order, had directed the respondents in W.P.No.30526 of 2018 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2018 and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Contempt Petition No.1483 of 2019 orders on merits.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that, in compliance with the aforesaid order of this Court, a proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa.2/2922/2018 dated 15.02.2019 has been issued, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. 3.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, no contempt arises and hence, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
