Common Prayer: Writ petitions have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 1st Respondent culminated in G.O.Ms.No.142 dated 14.10.2009 and G.O.Ms.No.241 dated 29.10.2007 and quash the same and direct the respondents to allot a seat for the petitioner in PG (MDS) Course in the 4th Respondent College for the present academic year.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the writ petitions has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
